Scottish Inns & Suites Spring,TX

I really liked the place but only two things bothered me. 1) there was a roach. I didn't see many but I did see 2 of them. 2) the smell in the bathroom was horrible at certain times and we thought it probably was the pipes backing up because it smelled like sewage and it was not nice. The room was really clean and comfortable and quiet and the man that was there was ok. I would go back just for the simple fact that it was so quiet and affordable and comfortable.

This place has friendly people that take the business out of the hotel business. I have had to temporarily find lodging! While I hav found the other nearby places in the area are cold and unfriendly, That is not at all the case here at the Scottish Inns here in Spring! They have done a wonderful job at keeping the place clean and well maintained, while also making me feel like I’m coming to my home at the end of a work day! Thx a ton

I can’t tell you enough how amazing the staff is! (Day time staff in-particular!) Jagruti that works at the front is sweet, compassionate, yet still serious about business being handled. I am always greeted with a smile and kindness. Sara is the lead in the housekeeping and is just a doll! Her energy is the best and she always brightens my day. She’s on top of everything and handles business like a pro. I enjoy staying here(on my extended stay), simply because of those two staff members alone! Also, there is a great neighborhood for afternoon strolls, and lots of stores and a very short walking distance, which is a very nice touch..

Cleanest Hotel/Motel I've ever stayed in. Responsible staff who act immediately to correct anything. The price is more than fair. They don't serve breakfast but immediately let you know so you're not guessing. Large room with great bedding and clean carpeting. Best little secret in Texas.

Rooms are very clean and the price is good. The ladies that clean the rooms are very sweet. The woman that works during the day is not very helpful at all. We paid for 5 days and made a mistake on the dates but the room was paid for. She would not help to fix the problem. She told me I had 15 mins to fix it or to leave. So I had to pay for one night 2 times. When I booked the room online it cost $53. When I had to pay for the one night again it cost $72. She could have been more helpful or understanding.

It's not bad for the money. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, except some dirt in the corner of the bathroom. Looks like they swept it into the corner maybe. The furniture was a little banged up but nothing bad. They still aren't offering breakfast due to Covid so keep that in mind. I'd stay again.

Quiet little place right off the freeway. The room was spacious. Included a sofa, coffee table, as well as , a desk and small closet. All the amenities were available for use, such as microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, and iron with ironing board. The bed was extremely comfortable. They provided coffee ( which was delicious) and shampoo and body lotion ( both of which smelled amazing). Their water was hot, which made for nice relaxing showers. The cable never went out and had a decent amount of channels to pick from. The rooms were clean and the house keeper was helpful. The vending machine wasn't working, but they offered a variety of soft drinks and vending machines and snacks in the lobby. all of this at an affordable price. We had issues with our card and they were extremely patient and accommodating us. I will be extending my stay here and suggesting this location to anyone who asked.

Place is very clean. I love it’s almost like my second home maybe my first home. The awesome guy Chan at night makes it smooth and takes care of any request within his ability. And Jagette is so kind to me . I am not a fan of hotels but this place does the trick and thanks guys.
